Scientists investigate: what do people really eat on popular weight loss drugs?
NCT ID NCT07313384
Summary
This study aims to understand how people's eating habits and diet quality change when they start taking GLP-1 medications for weight loss or diabetes. Researchers will follow 50 adults who are about to begin these medications, tracking what they eat and how they feel about their dietary needs. The goal is to gather real-world experiences to create better nutritional guidance for people using these increasingly popular treatments.
