Summary
This study looks at whether two diabetes drugs, dapagliflozin and semaglutide, can lower inflammation after a heart attack. It involves 44 adults with type 2 diabetes, obesity, and high inflammation levels. Participants will take one of the drugs for 24 weeks, and researchers will measure changes in inflammatory markers like hs-CRP and IL-6.
