Summary
This study tests whether data from a smart ring, smartwatch, and smartphone app can identify people with prediabetes—a condition where blood sugar is higher than normal but not yet diabetes. Researchers will track 200 overweight adults aged 45 and older for about 4 weeks, collecting lifestyle and glucose data. The goal is to develop digital tools for early screening, not to provide treatment.
