Summary
This study is testing if data from a smart ring, smartwatch, and smartphone app can help identify people with prediabetes. Researchers will track 200 adults aged 45 and older who are overweight but don't have diabetes. Participants wear the devices for about 4 weeks and log their meals to see if lifestyle patterns can predict blood sugar problems.
