NCT ID NCT07373418

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether data from a smart ring, smartwatch, and smartphone app can identify people with prediabetes (higher-than-normal blood sugar) compared to healthy individuals. About 200 adults aged 45 and older who are overweight will wear these devices for 4 weeks and log their meals. The goal is to see if lifestyle patterns can predict diabetes risk, not to provide treatment.
