Summary

This study tests a drug called glofitamab, which helps the immune system find and kill cancer cells, in children and young adults (ages 6 months to under 30) whose B-cell lymphoma has come back or not responded to treatment. Some participants receive glofitamab alone, while others get it combined with standard chemotherapy. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can shrink or eliminate tumors.
