Smart scan strategy aims to customize lymphoma therapy
NCT ID NCT06050694
First seen Apr 24, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study tests a new way to treat diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) by using early PET scans and blood tests (ctDNA) to decide the best treatment plan. About 40 adults with untreated DLBCL will receive standard chemo plus the drug glofitamab, but the number of cycles and additional treatments depend on how well the cancer responds early on. The goal is to give less chemo to low-risk patients and a stronger, targeted approach to high-risk patients, improving effectiveness while reducing side effects.
