New hope for lymphoma patients when CAR T-Cells fail

Summary
This study tested a drug called glofitamab in 67 people with lymphoma that did not respond or came back after CAR T-cell therapy. Glofitamab is a bispecific antibody that helps the immune system attack cancer cells. The goal was to see if it could control the disease, not cure it. Participants received a pre-treatment drug followed by up to 11 cycles of glofitamab.
