Summary
This study tests a combination of three drugs (glofitamab, a PD-1 inhibitor, and lenalidomide) in 24 people with a specific, hard-to-treat type of large B-cell lymphoma that has come back or not responded to treatment. The goal is to see if this combination can shrink or eliminate the cancer. Participants must have a TP53 gene change, which often makes the cancer harder to treat.
