Summary
This early-phase study tested a new drug combination for people with a fast-growing lymphoma (DLBCL) that returned after initial treatment. The study included 43 adults who were healthy enough for a stem cell transplant or CAR-T therapy. They received the experimental drug glofitamab alongside standard chemotherapy to see if the combination could shrink tumors and how safe it was.
