New combo therapy aims to beat tough lymphoma
NCT ID NCT07326371
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether combining two powerful treatments—glofitamab and CAR-T therapy—can help people with a high-risk, hard-to-treat type of large B-cell lymphoma that has come back or not responded to prior treatment. About 24 adults will receive the combination and be monitored for tumor shrinkage and side effects. The goal is to see if this approach improves response rates and disease control.
