New study to see if arthritis drug guselkumab also eases joint pain in IBD patients

Summary

This study will follow 75 adults with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis who are starting the drug guselkumab. The goal is to see if the drug also helps with symptoms of arthritis in the spine and joints, which often occurs alongside inflammatory bowel disease. Participants will be monitored for one year.
