This study examined health data from over 723,000 older adults (age 70+) across 204 countries to understand trends in pancreatic cancer and pancreatitis from 1990 to 2021. Researchers analyzed rates of new cases, deaths, and disability caused by these diseases, and projected future burdens up to 2040.
