New eye drop trial aims to reshape corneas in keratoconus
NCT ID NCT07400952
Summary
This study is testing whether a new eye drop called GLK-221 can safely slow or improve the corneal bulging caused by keratoconus. About 100 adults with keratoconus will use the drops or a placebo twice daily. Researchers will measure changes in the shape of the cornea to see if the treatment works.
