Summary

This study is testing whether a comprehensive care program can help people with Type 1 Diabetes better manage their condition. The program combines a dedicated care team, education, peer support, and modern technology like insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors. It will compare this approach to standard care in 400 participants over one year to see if it improves blood sugar control and overall well-being.
