First seen Jan 31, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This early-phase trial tests whether combining four drugs (dasatinib, quercetin, fisetin, and temozolomide) is safe and feasible for adults with glioma that has residual disease after prior treatment. The approach uses individual patient feedback from scans and markers to guide therapy choices. About 10 participants will be enrolled to see if completing three cycles is achievable.
