New hope for brain cancer: trial tests personalized drug cocktails

Summary
This study is testing several new drugs to see if they can help control glioblastoma, an aggressive brain cancer. It will compare these new drugs against standard chemotherapy (temozolomide) in about 460 adults who have recently had surgery. The goal is to see if matching specific drugs to a patient's unique tumor genetics can help them live longer.
