New eye injection could ease glaucoma pressure

Summary
This study tests an experimental drug injection (AGN-193408 SR) in 100 adults with open-angle glaucoma or high eye pressure. The goal is to see if it safely lowers eye pressure, which is the main way to control these conditions. Participants stop their usual eye drops during the study and receive the injection, with close monitoring for side effects and how long the effect lasts.
