Eye scan machines Don't always agree: new study creates conversion tool for doctors
NCT ID NCT07350304
Summary
This study compared two common eye scanning machines to see if they give consistent measurements when monitoring glaucoma. Researchers scanned 141 eyes with both machines and created mathematical models to convert results from one device to the other. This helps ensure doctors can accurately track glaucoma progression even when patients use different machines over time.
