Summary

This study is testing whether adding brimonidine eye drops can reduce eye redness in people already using a specific glaucoma medication combination. Researchers will enroll 35 adults with open-angle glaucoma who experience moderate redness from their current treatment. The goal is to see if this additional drop can make glaucoma treatment more comfortable while maintaining pressure control.
