Summary
This study tested whether a workplace program to prevent muscle and joint pain is practical and well-liked by blue-collar workers. 70 workers with physically demanding jobs took part in the program twice a week for eight weeks. Researchers used questionnaires and interviews to see if the program was acceptable and could be put into practice.
