Summary

This study is for people with advanced gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST) that have grown despite standard treatments. It tests if restarting the drug imatinib while adding a new immunotherapy drug (atezolizumab) works better than restarting imatinib alone. The goal is to see if the combination can better control the cancer and stop it from growing for longer.
