Summary
This study is testing whether a single dose of an American ginseng supplement can improve attention and mental performance in healthy young adults. Researchers will give 200 participants either the supplement or a placebo and measure their focus, memory, and reaction time over 6 hours using computer tests and questionnaires. The goal is to see if this natural supplement provides a short-term boost to brain function.
