Summary

This study tests a laser-based imaging technique to measure blood flow in the gums. Researchers want to see if it gives consistent results in healthy people and those healing from gum surgery. The goal is to provide a reliable, non-invasive tool for dentists to monitor healing. About 24 adults who are healthy non-smokers will participate.
