Summary

This study aims to understand how ginger might affect the connection between the gut and brain in people with sciatica nerve pain. Eighty participants with chronic sciatica will take either ginger or a placebo daily for eight weeks. Researchers will measure changes in gut bacteria, inflammation markers, and brain connectivity to learn about pain mechanisms.
