Summary
This early-stage trial tests whether combining the drugs gilteritinib with ivosidenib or enasidenib is safe for people with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has returned or not responded to treatment. Participants must have specific gene mutations (FLT3 and IDH1 or FLT3 and IDH2). The study will find the best dose with the fewest side effects and check how the cancer responds.
