Summary
This study follows 400 adults diagnosed with giant cell arteritis or polymyalgia rheumatica to track serious long-term complications. Researchers will monitor for new or worsening aortic aneurysms, aortic dissection, and side effects from steroid treatment. The goal is to better understand these risks and improve future care.
