Summary
This early-phase study tests a new treatment called GI001, a type of CAR-T cell therapy, in 9 adults with B-cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma that has come back or not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to check if GI001 is safe, find the best dose, and see if it can shrink tumors. Participants receive one infusion of GI001 and are closely monitored for side effects like cytokine release syndrome.
