This study aims to find the best time to start medication for pregnant women with gestational diabetes. Researchers are comparing whether starting medication when 20% of blood sugar readings are high is better than waiting until 40% are high. The goal is to reduce pregnancy complications for both mother and baby while avoiding unnecessary medication.
