Summary

This study aims to understand how daily blood sugar fluctuations in pregnant women with gestational diabetes affect their baby's growth and health. Researchers will monitor 100 women's blood sugar continuously for two weeks during pregnancy and track their standard medical care. The goal is to learn if specific sugar patterns can help predict outcomes like birth weight, which could inform future care.
