Summary

This study is creating a national registry to track 5,000 people in Germany with early memory concerns or dementia. It aims to follow their health over time to better understand how different types of dementia progress in real life. The data will help doctors improve early diagnosis and future care by learning from patterns in blood tests, brain scans, and daily experiences.
