Summary

This study tests two support programs for women aged 65 and older with hormone-sensitive breast cancer who are taking aromatase inhibitors. The programs include a clinic-level geriatric assessment and support, and a telehealth coping skills training based on cognitive behavioral therapy. The goal is to reduce pain and improve quality of life. The trial plans to enroll 452 participants across multiple sites.
