Summary
This study is testing whether a personalized health check for older adults can help manage the side effects of head and neck cancer treatment. It will compare this detailed approach to standard care for 36 patients aged 60+ and their family caregivers. The goal is to see if the personalized plan improves quality of life and reduces treatment-related problems.
