New tool aims to make cancer treatment safer for seniors
NCT ID NCT06870617
Summary
This study is testing a practical health assessment tool designed to help doctors personalize cancer treatment for adults aged 70 and older. The goal is to see if using this tool in community cancer clinics helps doctors better adjust treatment doses to reduce severe side effects. Researchers will also explore if combining the tool's results with activity tracking and body scans can better predict which patients are most vulnerable to treatment complications.
