Could a simple scent ease the exhaustion of dialysis?
NCT ID NCT07273825
Summary
This study tested whether smelling geranium essential oil could help people on kidney dialysis feel less tired and sleep better. Researchers worked with 90 patients, having them try the oil scent and comparing it to periods without it. The goal was to see if this safe, non-drug approach could improve their daily quality of life.
