Summary

This study tested whether gentle yoga and breathing exercises are practical and helpful for people with scleroderma. Thirty participants learned the exercises and practiced twice daily at home for 12 weeks. Researchers measured quality of life, stress, depression, and saliva markers to see if the program was feasible and acceptable.
