Summary
This study looked at whether a program called Gentle Warriors Academy helps fathers in Metro Atlanta become better parents and feel less overwhelmed. About 731 fathers or father figures with kids under 16 filled out surveys at the start, after the program, and one year later. Researchers checked if their parenting attitudes, behaviors, co-parenting, and well-being improved over time.
