Summary

This study tests whether using a child's genetic information to guide the dose of the anti-rejection drug tacrolimus can help reach the right drug levels faster and with fewer side effects. About 45 children aged 1-18 who receive a kidney, liver, or heart transplant will take part. The goal is to improve drug exposure and reduce risks of too much or too little medication.
