Summary

This study looks at 60 adults with early-stage (IB-IIIA) non-small cell lung cancer whose cancer came back after surgery and treatment with the drug osimertinib. Researchers will analyze tumor or blood samples to find genetic changes linked to the recurrence. The goal is to better understand why some cancers return, which may guide future treatments.
