Summary

This study is tracking 110 adults with moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) for five years after they receive the Genio system, a small implanted device. The goal is to confirm the long-term safety of the device and see how well it continues to reduce breathing pauses during sleep and improve quality of life. It is for people who have not tolerated or refused standard treatments like CPAP machines or mouthpieces.
