Summary
This study aims to find new genes that cause Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease (CMT) and identify genetic factors that influence symptom severity. Researchers will analyze DNA from up to 1,050 participants, including people with CMT and their relatives. The goal is to better understand why some patients have milder symptoms than others, even with the same genetic cause.
