NCT ID NCT06073626

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study compares a chatbot that gives genetic education to Black cancer survivors against standard care (a letter). The goal is to see which method leads more people to request genetic testing for hereditary cancer risk. About 428 participants who have had certain cancers will be randomly assigned to one of the two groups. The study does not test a new treatment, but aims to improve access to genetic testing and help families share important health information.
