Summary

This study aims to find the genetic causes of undiagnosed medical conditions in Amish and Mennonite communities. Researchers will analyze the DNA of 300 participants using advanced sequencing technology. The goal is to improve diagnosis and understand how genetic changes spread in these unique populations.
