Summary
This study aims to find genetic causes for disorders of sex development (DSD) when standard genetic tests haven't provided answers. Researchers will use a new mapping technique on blood samples from 20 participants with XY chromosomes and moderate to severe DSD. The goal is to identify specific genetic changes that might explain their condition and compare how well different testing methods work.
