Can your genes predict a prostate cancer biopsy result?

NCT ID NCT05295407

Summary

This study aims to see if a person's inherited genetic risk score can help predict who is more likely to have prostate cancer found during a biopsy. It will observe 1,000 men from diverse racial backgrounds who are already scheduled for a prostate biopsy. The goal is to gather evidence on whether genetic testing should be used to help guide biopsy decisions in the future.
