BRCA study sees how extra gene tests shape Women's health choices

Summary
This study looks at how women who already know they have a BRCA1 or BRCA2 mutation respond to learning about additional genetic risk factors. Researchers want to see if this extra information changes their decisions about breast cancer prevention, such as choosing mastectomy or more frequent screening. About 800 women aged 25 and older with no personal history of breast cancer will take part.
