Genetic test + MRI: a better way to spot dangerous prostate cancer?
NCT ID NCT06398639
Summary
This study aims to find a better way to screen for serious prostate cancer. Researchers will test 1,500 men aged 40-69 by combining a genetic risk score with a special MRI scan. The goal is to see if this two-step method can more accurately identify high-grade cancers that need treatment, while reducing unnecessary testing for low-risk men.
