Summary
This study is testing whether telling people their genetic risk for heart disease, combined with personalized coaching, helps them make healthier lifestyle changes. It involves 650 hospital staff members aged 40+ who are at low-to-high risk for heart problems. Participants get a genetic risk score and meet with a heart doctor for tailored advice on improving diet, exercise, and other habits over six months.
