Summary
This study looked at whether adding vitamin D to physical therapy can reduce pain and disability in people with chronic low back pain. Researchers studied 200 adults in Saudi Arabia, including 100 with back pain and 100 healthy people. Some patients got physiotherapy alone, while others also took vitamin D supplements for six weeks. The goal was to see changes in pain, disability, and certain markers in the blood.
