Summary
This study is creating a large national registry to collect information on pregnant women who receive general anesthesia for cesarean delivery (C-section). It aims to understand why this type of anesthesia is chosen, how it is managed, and what factors make the procedure more difficult or risky. By gathering data from thousands of cases over five years, researchers hope to find patterns that can lead to safer practices for mothers and babies.
